It's February, and someone taps the link in your bio. Your website still says "Christmas sale, ends 24 December". Then the DM comes: "Is this sale still on? Are you even still selling?" Your website is your shop window. Old words make people think you've closed.

Someone taps your link from Instagram. The first screen decides if she stays. If it's plain and there's no link to the sets she saw on your status, she sends a DM asking "where are the sets?", or she just leaves. Fix both under More → Website.
