Presency is an AI-powered business platform that helps businesses sell, get paid, and grow. Use it to close more sales, manage payments, run operations, market to customers, and access partner-provided stock funding.
Presency is a business platform, not only a marketplace. The Presency marketplace is one optional selling channel inside the platform. Eligible businesses can choose what they list there while continuing to sell through WhatsApp, Instagram, their Presency store link, or a physical shop.
Presency Wallet gives your business a dedicated account number for collecting payments, viewing inflows, and withdrawing available funds. Presency does not ask for a BVN during normal payment-account setup; Paystack may request extra compliance information for regulated business categories. Add a verified bank account when you are ready to withdraw. Funds are held with a regulated payment partner; Presency does not hold customer funds itself.
No. Presency is not a lender. Verified Presency Wallet activity can help licensed lending partners assess the business for stock credit, but any offer, approval, disbursement, pricing, and repayment terms come from the licensed lending partner.
Yes. Free is a permanent plan, not a trial: you can sell, take card and bank-transfer payments, and manage products, inventory, orders and customer records without a subscription. When you finish setup you also get 7 days of Pro, no card required, to try the growth and automation tools. Afterwards you stay on Free automatically — your data, Presency link, checkout, products, customers and orders keep working. Free payments have a 2% platform rate capped at ₦1,000.
You only pay when you choose Starter or Pro. The 7 days of Pro you get after setup never charge you, and no card is required. Paid billing is available quarterly, biannually or yearly; monthly is not offered for new subscriptions. A custom .com is optional and billed separately.
Free — Establish your business: get online, add products, take orders and collect payments with a Presency store link, basic inventory, customer records and card or bank-transfer checkout, with a 2% payment fee capped at ₦1,000. Starter (₦12,000 quarterly) — Run your business: accept pre-orders, item requests from shoppers, cost prices & True Profit, stock history, customer directory with purchase history and tags, automated customer segments, team staff, Monday Business Report, one-off email campaigns, promo codes, and a lower 1.5% fee capped at ₦750 — you choose what to do. Pro (₦24,000 quarterly) — Grow & automate your business: WhatsApp automation, automated customer win-back, abandoned checkout recovery, scheduled campaigns, SMS (beta), multi-branch stock, live courier prices, and our lowest 0.5% fee capped at ₦500 — Presency helps do it automatically.
No. Presency gives you a ready-to-use business dashboard and uses AI to create your storefront, product copy, and other sales materials. You can edit everything yourself, while Presency handles hosting, SSL, and domain setup when you add a domain.
Customers pay with Paystack (cards, bank transfer, and other supported local methods) on Nigerian NGN storefronts. Verified vendors receive successful order payments in their Presency Wallet immediately. For unverified vendors, payments are held until the buyer confirms receipt, the courier confirms delivery, or 72 hours after the vendor marks the order fulfilled, or sooner when verification is completed.
Where BNPL is available, a business can share a Presency checkout link with its own customer or offer the option through an eligible marketplace purchase. Customer eligibility, approval, pricing, and repayment terms are determined by the licensed lending partner and are not guaranteed by Presency.
Most businesses are set up and ready to sell in one sitting — signup, AI build, and a quick review give you a shareable Presency link. Connecting an optional custom domain adds DNS propagation time (often within a day).
There's no one-click full-site migrator — you rebuild on Presency (you can import catalogs from CSV, Instagram, and more) and point your domain when ready. For custom builds or non-standard flows, talk to our team.
Presency is for physical and online businesses — including retailers, boutiques, electronics shops, furniture dealers, food sellers, tailors, wholesalers, salons, and service businesses — that want to close more sales, get paid, run operations, and grow from one system.
Instagram DM and comment automation is currently in closed beta. Instagram catalog import is a separate feature available on supported plans.
