Free to Enter: Zero entry fees. Open to all active Presency store owners.
Scoring Rate: 1 Presency Store Credit for every ₦100 in verified customer sales.
Social Follow: Must follow Presency on Instagram, TikTok, or X.
Fair Play: Real customer transactions only. Self-dealing is strictly audited.

1. Overview & Official Schedule

The Presency Vendors Challenge is an open competition designed to recognize, reward, and accelerate sales growth for active Nigerian businesses on Presency. Entry is 100% free for all registered store owners.

Early Registration Opens:24 August 2026 at 12:00 AM WAT
Early Registration Closes:30 August 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT
Challenge Starts:1 September 2026 at 12:00 AM WAT
Challenge Closes:30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM WAT
Late Registration:Permitted throughout September. For merchants who join after September 1, sales count toward Presency Store Credits from the exact minute of registration.

  • First 50 Stores Bonus: The first 50 stores to complete challenge registration receive 1,000 Presency Store Credits once.
  • Daily Sales Champions: Recorded automatically after each completed West Africa Time (WAT) calendar day with verified qualifying sales.
  • Weekly Sales Champions: Recorded after each completed Monday–Sunday WAT competition week.
  • Verification Window: Champion awards and final cash prizes remain provisional until customer delivery confirmations and fair-play audits are completed.

3. Store Eligibility & Participation Rules

  • Active Store Requirement: The participant must own an active store on Presency with a published business name and at least one active product or bookable service available to shoppers.
  • Store Good Standing: Stores suspended or under review for policy infractions or fraudulent claims are ineligible.
  • One Store Per Participant: Merchants with multiple stores may select one primary store to compete. Presency Store Credits cannot be merged across multiple store URLs.
  • Social Media Follow: Participants must follow Presency on at least one official platform (Instagram, TikTok, or X). Submitted handles will be verified before prize disbursement.

4. Scoring Formula & Qualifying Sales

1 Presency Store Credit = ₦100 in eligible customer merchandise sales (productSubtotal)

What Counts Toward Presency Store Credits:

  • Paystack Online Orders: Paid successfully with card, bank transfer, or USSD.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders marked completed after physical delivery.
  • Paid Bookable Appointments: Paid and verified services.

What Does NOT Count:

  • Delivery and shipping fees.
  • Buyer card processing fees.
  • Promotional platform credits or referral Presency Store Credits.
  • Orders cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

5. Tie-Breaking Protocol

If two or more stores conclude the challenge with identical Presency Store Credits, rankings are resolved in the following strict priority:

  1. Higher Total Verified Sales (₦): Exact naira sales down to kobo.
  2. Higher Unique Customer Count:Greater number of unique shopper phone numbers & emails.
  3. First to Reach Score: The store whose qualifying transaction achieved that Presency Store Credit threshold first chronologically.

6. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy

Presency maintains automated fraud-detection systems and manual order review protocols to ensure fair play:

  • Self-Dealing Prohibited: Merchants may not place orders on their own stores using their own credit cards, accounts, or emails to artificially inflate Presency Store Credits.
  • Artificial Transaction Splitting: Splitting single purchases into dozens of micro-orders will be merged or disqualified during audits.
  • Audit Window: Final leaderboard results are audited during a 48–72 hour verification window before cash prizes are released.
  • Disqualification: Presency reserves the right to disqualify any participant found attempting to game or abuse the competition.
